Mabna was engaged to deliver the design coordination and civil construction works for an 18 lot subdivision at Sixth Avenue, Austral. The project involved managing the subdivision delivery pathway from design coordination and authority approvals through to construction completion and lot registration support.
The works required careful coordination between the client, consultants, authorities, service providers and site delivery teams to progress the project efficiently while maintaining compliance with Council, Sydney Water and other relevant authority requirements.
